'99 LC Sensor crank position (1 Viewer)

Feeling a little frustrated here. I have been searching for a thread on replacing it on my 1999 LC w/311,000 miles and can't find anything. Is there any info on (1) How to locate it? Do I have to remove the plate under the engine? and (2) How to replace it. Does it need to be timed, etc? This is going to be a public parking lot fix so I need all the help I can get!

Thanks. Looks simple. I'm away from my shop manual (it's in Phoenix, I'm in Mass.) when the truck just died. So I'm a little lost. I appreciate the help. Ned
