How much should I be asking for this truck. 99 with 189K, no lockers, really nice shape, like new tires, brakes fairly new, my assumption is that the timing belt was changed; when i bought it I forgot to ask the guy I bought it from. It drives really well and the leather is in awesome shape. Thanks...

Damn, sometimes I hate Macs! I posted some photos on Flickr.com; go to the search function, hit people search, and enter mistaraperez. Thanks...

You're assumption is the timing belt was changed at 90K miles, or at 90K AND 180K miles? Do you know (read: have proof) that it has ever been done?

If it hasn't been done at 180K miles, but was done at 90K miles, and is in good shape, no dings or scrapes, good tires, with 189K miles on it, and no rear locker, i would not pay more than 9.5-10K for it, at most, considering the fact that having a dealership do it is close to a $1500 dollar job, IIRC.

I have just bought mine and have been looking very closely at 98-2002 models for close to 4 months. So my pricing is based off that. You could get more if you had a rear locker. The only reason i would have bought a 98-99 was because it had a rear locker, so you will loose a lot of typical "Mud" buyers for that reason.

Also, you need to post in on something like flicker or photobucket and then copy the data line that has .jpg at the end of it, then paste it using the "mountain" icon or by adding
at the end of it. You cannot post the link from it on your computer using this method, it has to be on a website.

Scratch that, flickr sucks for using on forums. Just post a link to your album.

I don't recall ever seeing a '99 WITHOUT a rear locker. No rotary dial for the locker by the rear window switches?

Wow, that is clean. Also, It think that's the first time I've ever actually seen a 98 or 99 cruiser without a rear diff lock. I knew they were available, just most of them had it, so it's strange to see it without it.

Congrats. I was going to say somewhere between Twenteen and 8500.

It was an option for 98-99 LC.
