Has anyone looked at this? I've texted him, but communication has been spotty at best. Says he has only had it for a month.

I agree, and am interested, just was curious as to why selling after a month. Also, did the first owner decide to lift it after owning it for 23 years, then sell it a few months afterwards? I'm in the midwest and would be buying sight unseen. The seller didn't reply, so I had moved on in my search.

He was slow to get back to me. I was inquiring about the tent, but he was not willing to sell separately at this point.

Im seeing lots of sub 170k milers out there in the $9500 range -some with headgasket already done. Mods to me are secondary to receipts of all wear items which can quickly add up to $3k+ in work if not already done. Cruisers in the 150k mile range can have a majority of them done.....or absolutely nothing done.

If you are doing work yourself vs paying someone else to do it -there can be a $5000 swing in value easily if doing:
-headgasket
-cooling system
-egr system
-cats,o2,exhaust
-axles,ujoints brake system
-electrical,a/c,etc

Yep, that's big money for a '94 it seems. I'd be more interested in offering a trade than cash, however. Any other particular wear/PM items to look for other than the head gasket?
