I just texted the guy. It's not 3x locked. It has manual locking front hubs only.

Yeah I don't even understand why someone would do that...

I'm sure someone will tell me if you break a drive line or something then you can disengage 4 wheel or something but why...?

It may have a part time kit in it, is he driving around with them locked or unlocked ?

Just test drove it. No service history, odometer wasnt working right; sticky, hard shift into gear from park otherwise shifted smooth (4 speed), stalled twice; may just need good tune, usual suspension issues, doesnt look to be original paint. The guy is selling it for his son and seemed honest enough but even he realized it may need more work after our test drive.
