Ok I was driving home with the a.c. on in December when all of the sudden stumble and stall. Restart motor and all good...? Drive a mile or so and same thing. Restart and turn a.c. off and all good rest of the month......?

So a couple of days ago after a short drive no a.c. I go to restart and stumble and stall 3 times. Restarts on 4th and off I go. Try to replicate with fuel pressure gauge on it to no avail! So yesterday I hop in and stumble and stall. Grab gauge and it'll go up to high 30's psi drop to 20 then stumble and stall and fuel pressure goes to 0....

List of new parts in last year due to a warm motor no start problem are fuel pump and sock, fuel filter, mas air flow meter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel dampener, coolent temp sensor, plugs, wires cap and rotor

Wouldn't let me finish the post... Also a new charcoal canister. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Were these all new OEM parts?

Sounds like fuel starvation. You need to inspect the wires that power the fuel pump on the top of the tank.
Make sure the circuit opening relay is seated correctly.
Make sure the AFM connector (not MAF) is also seated well.
These 2 items run the fuel pump logic.
If this was related to the EFI relay you would loose spark and she wouldn't sputter. You're loosing power to the fuel pump.
You can try bypassing FP logic by jumping pins 1-8 on the check connector. This will run the FP continuously whenever the key is in the ON position. This should only be used as a diagnostic, not as a solution.

OP
What did u find?

Ended up being my Fuel pressure regulator. It was malfunctioning so in return damaged my fuel pumps check valve. Replaced both and was ok for a while. Started doing it again very seldomly! Desmog her and all is well. Thanks

Hey man what's was your exact fix on this, I am having from what I can read a similar issue! What do you mean desmog?

Go to the thread how do I desmog a fj80 34e. Scroll down to the 3fe desmog PDF. That's what I followed. Took me a full day of wrenching! There's alot of threads in here about desmog. I got tired of wrenching on mine and bought a 2000 Tundra 4x4. Good luck!

Basically it is removing and or bypassing the EGR and smog pump. As long as you're not tested for emissions, they're a good move for the 3F-E. It reduces the amount of things that can break or fail, basically.
