9.5 motor on a 8274 problems

Finally getting around to replacing my motor on my 8274 with a xd9500 motor, after reading on mud the write ups. I"m having troubles with the motor shaft fitting in the bearing "to big". the # i ordered was the 68608 and after reading the write ups it is supposed to work. I'm wondering if warn shipped wrong motor to me in the box. # on the motor is 78866. I've tried looking up this # but no luck. Any help would be great, and app. will try to call warn mon. ,But was wondering if anyone has had this prob. before?

I used the motor for a 9.5XP on mine and it fit perfectly (though it is a little longer than stock). I would go look at the serial/model numbers on my motor for you, but I am 4,000 miles away from my Cruiser at present.

1911 I app. the info waiting on calling in warn now because of time issures between VA., and Oregon. I'm hoping its a warn shipping problem cause that 2.5 was slow.
