Need to let go of my beloved cruiser, life changes and little time to play with it.

Story:
Bought my cruiser in SC in 2010, was my daily driver. In 2012 jobs took us to Alaska until 2014 - stored in GA and driven just enough to keep everything moving. Returned to the lower 48 in 2014 and has been in ID since. I know there is less than 10k miles on it since engine swap but pictures are on a hard drive that I cannot access right now, but will definitely try to confirm. Tranny has about 5k on it since swap. Haven't driven it much since moving to ID, due to commute >45 miles.

Work History
2010 - Front end rebuilt

2012 - New Chevy L31 Crate Engine w/ Vortec heads and serpentine belt system
46mm throttle body installed w/15lb. fuel spring
Howell Fuel Injection Harness installed
Ceramic coated Ram Horn exhaust manifolds
Custom exhaust installed
New High Density Seat foams installed in front from SOR, I think
New Aussie side mirrors installed
2014 - Monster 700R4 transmission professionally installed in GA (engine also reinstalled to accommodate auto tranny) had Toyota manual before, please don't flame me for going from manual to auto:)
Lokar shifter installed
Computer chip reprogrammed for Auto tranny

I know I'm forgetting specifics, so please ask questions.

I average about 15mpg with plenty of power. The computer chip was programmed by Harris Performance and I basically modeled one of his projects with this one. Like most cruiser projects, I have a lot more money in this than I'm asking, and feel this is good price, given all the work and mechanical parts, for someone to get started while spending less.

The Good:
Fuel-injected 5.7 with <10k and 700R4 with <5k
Front seat foams are as firm as when I put them in, seat covers are in pretty good shape
Has Old Man Emu suspension and new OMEmu shocks were installed in 2014 - has about 3"-4" lift
Tires still in good shape with plenty of miles left. Have same size spare and rim that is brand new, never installed.
Also, have new disk brake calipers that have never been installed, never got around to it.
Other things that I just can't think of now.

The Less-than-Good:
There is body panel dents/damage from previous owner, shown in pics.
Paint is peeling on hood, shown.
Steering box is leaking. Replaced this in 2012, West Texas Offroad, but seals need attention again. I do have a backup that will go with the truck.
Some minimal surface rust at underside with one spot of rust in frame that will need a little attention.

It's been a great truck but it's just time to let someone else enjoy it. Thanks for reading this if you stuck with it through the whole thing.

Thanks. Majority of it is surface rust on the frame, with the one bad spot. And, of course, what shown on the body; but the engine/tranny and the majority of the interior is where a lot of my money went. Figured I would make it drivable first and pretty later. Oh well, good intentions...

While it does piss me off a bit that you felt the need to comment without seeing the truck in person, I don't deny that rust does detract from the value. I took pictures of the worst spots and very close-ups at that. I disagree that it would cost "thousands" to repair and but mostly, would appreciate you reserving your judgement until you see it in person. Have a good one.
