8274 needle bearing replacments

looks like the brake shaft needle bearings are 1' OD x 1"W x 5/8" ID. Can anyone confirm this and know where to get them other than the $20-30 warn brand?

also, it appears that the steel needle bearing casing has fused to the aluminum winch casing. when i tried to remove the bearing casing, the rolled end and the a capped end broke off leaving the sides in the hole. i'm thinking of getting a replacement bearing and taking the lower winch case and new bearing to a machine shop to see can they bore out the remnants of the old bearing case and press in the new bearing. any idea what this should cost, ballpark wise?

I used a deep well socket, impact, with an extension and got my old one out and put the new one from Warn in the same way. Works great too

that's what i was doing when the cap turned loose of the bearing case. so now, i've got the sides of the bearing case still in the hole of the aluminum case and can't get it out.

That's all I had as well was the sides and it still worked for me.
