80 series swing out tire carrier bumper

here is a picture of a dual swingout bumper with tire carrier and 21.5" x 14.5" i.d. 3 jerry can basket, getting ready to ship. I started recently making boxes to ship the bumpers in. I was shipping them before with the bumper and parts bolted and strapped to a modified pallet, but a couple of them got scratched up so I am not going to do that anymore.

here are a few pics of my 2nd ladder/removable 3 jerry can basket that I have made so far, I played around a little with the design on the sides of the basket, and narrowed the ladder a bit from 15.5" to 14.5". the basket hooks onto the 2nd rung of the ladder, and 2 bolts secure it on the bottom.

Hello Sean, would you make a 3 Jerry can basket for another type of bumper? I have a Kaymar 60 series bumper and want to add this option and live in SoCal. You certainly do very nice work.

I would try to do something to that Kaymar for you but I am pretty booked up for the next few months.

And right now there is still about a 2 month wait on a bumper. 1700 for the one with 2nd swingout 3 jerry can basket, and 1850 for one with the 2nd swingout ladder/3 jerry can basket.

Its worth the wait! Sean was excellent to deal with throughout the process. I am not going to say what everyone has said after getting their bumper - just reread this thread!

One last one with the cooler. By the way, this was my first mod. Next up is the inti rack followed by a front bumper
