Excellent! I have the same bumper on order with Sean. Can't wait to get it!

Where's the info on the FJ62 version...?? :p

I would be happy to pay for the plans so I could use my new plasma cutter to rip one out and then tack it up and have a local welder finish it out.

I'm sure it would be no problem. It would cost $1700, weigh 250lbs and come in a large wooden crate.

I would try to do something to that Kaymar for you but I am pretty booked up for the next few months.

And right now there is still about a 2 month wait on a bumper. 1700 for the one with 2nd swingout 3 jerry can basket, and 1850 for one with the 2nd swingout ladder/3 jerry can basket.

Hi Sean - similar to r3lc situation. I have a Kaymar for an 80 series and I have the PS tire carrier. I was very fortunate to have just sourced the Kaymar single jerry can swingout for the DS and the single can box is already removed.

Can you, will you and at what cost build the ladder with just a double jerry can carrier to weld to the swingout I have? Timing is not an issue as I will be researching all my options, but will support Mud suppliers wheever possible, especially local ones!

Brent

Brent, not speaking for Sean but he is working on a similar setup for me. I purchased the 2nd bumper he made for the 80 w/ spare tire swing out. My 2nd swing out will have a ladder, 2 jerry can basket (removable) and also hi-lift mount. Can't wait! Saw your post on SoCal section of the OG Kaymar swingout.

Pics will be absolutely necessary!!! That's exactly what I'm looking for too! I can't begin to say how stoked I am about having finally found this swingout arm for the Kaymar. There are a lot more great bumpers out there with towing capability now than when I purchased the Kaymar. They were the only towing game in town back then! Can't wait for Sean's design and work for you. Pics of his work on this thread are wonderful.

That's a large and heavy box for a set of plans!

I'm stoked to pick up my bumper this month!

Question for you guys: what model/size cooler fits snugly in the Jerry can rack?

I just ordered mine also. Did Sean do anything different with yours?

Only thing different is I went with the matte crinkle powder coat and he is rigging up a bracket to lock down the jerry cans which covers their spouts (prevents somebody from taking off the caps to siphon fuel).

I do not have any plans as of now to build a dual tire swingout bumper, But I think it could be done without too much reworking of the design. I would have to make a new kind of tire swingarm and move the latches around a little. then there is the problem of two tires being wider than the rear of the truck or blocking the taillights( I think 33's would be pushing it, and 35's.... I don't know).

Maybe he wants them stacked side by side prerunner style. Centered they would not block the tail lights. Just saying ;). You do AWESOME work.

I read that there was going to be an attempt to fit this to a 60 series. Did this ever happen and did it work?

So I went down to Sean's and got my bumper installed last weekend. Took me a while to get around to take pics and upload them, I've been installing more parts.

Here is one of Sean part way through the removal of the cross-member. It was hot as hell out and he wouldn't let me help. Those are sparks flying out from under the truck from his plasma cutter.

This one is Biggseans, just waiting for him to come down and get it.

Here it is after I got it dirty in the hills behind my house.

This is an awesome bumper and a steal at this price set up the way it is.
