I would like to be included for the next batch please, also does it matter that I have an imported japanese cruiser?

I have actually installed one on a diesel JDM cruiser and it went great. The only difference and slight hindrance I experienced was with the larger exhaust tip making it a little more difficult to get tools into the correct position in a couple instances.

Aweome, can't wait to get it done.

IF there's a list, please put me on it! I I started reading then got cross eyed on the 22 previous pages. How much for the option to have dual swingouts?

Hey guys I’ve got several updates for ya!

First off, I’ll be wrapping up my semester December 13th and then starting up a batch. Since I was unable to produce any this past summer, I know there is some unmet demand there as well as unmet demand from the previous batch.

I am considering opening for orders beforehand as I have a light spring semester. Normally, I have to have them done before the spring semester starts, but as this is my final semester, I will have time extending into that semester.

This has me considering building an even larger batch than normally. The nonrefundable deposit would increase in price and the wait time to get a kit would extend past January, but likely no later than March.

I have not kept lists, but I feel like this would allow orders to trickle in over maybe say a week or until reaching a certain capacity but it would not necessarily be as fixed as the capacity of what I’ve built and have on hand. The more kits, the longer the time until completetion so there are some trade offs.

I know a lot of you guys have wanted one for awhile now, and I am trying to come up with a way that would satisfy most as this will likely be my last batch for awhile as I will be moving out of state this summer and losing access to the shop and tools I have used up until this point.

Let me know what you guys think of this and if you have any other suggestions/ideas. I’m open to them and don’t worry...I’m not opening for orders for yet. A decision will be made regarding this process by December 14th.

If a bigger batch means a better chance to get one I'm all for it. After watching this thread for the better part of a year my big fear is not getting a slot!

For those that have assembled one, what welder did you use? I currently have a 120V flux wire welder... Do I need to find something beefier for this?

I’m fine paying a slightly larger deposit and waiting a lil longer for an assembled unit. I plan to employ someone here in AZ to install once I have it. I don’t have the tools or know-how to install myself, unfortunately. If you’re doing a list, I hope to be put on it. I love the tire swing-out while still keeping the stock rear bumper.

Thanks in advance!
