The ribbon twist type clamps are factory applied ie: when a hose-pipe assembly is manufactured. Those clamps are available separately but they don't work all that well so most people don't use them when replacing hoses that came originally with that type of clamp. Some of those hose-pipe assemblies are still available however and they will have that type of clamp.
The hoses and clamps for the rear heater system all come as pre-assembled components and you can't order those hoses separately. You can use a formed hose from a 100 Series heater system and cut it to fit to get an almost 90' hose for the bottom of the "T" fitting (It's been discussed, try a search for T hose 100 Series)
For the rear heater system many people use 1/2" GATES Green Stripe heater hose (not White Stripe). Others have used various clamps
for those locations. Or you can search and use other OEM clamps once you determine the correct size depending on the OD of any aftermarket hose you install. Some people have installed Breeze Constant Torque clamps but most people avoid the cheapo worm screw clamps. Gates Power Grip SB clamps (heat shrink type) are another option.
You can go to Partsouq dot com, type in your VIN, then search for water heater --- to look for part numbers. If you see a hose that doesn't have a part number next to it that generally means the hose cannot be ordered as a separate part ie: it only comes attached to a pipe-hose assembly.
