Do you mean the 10th Mountain Division Huts? They're very popular so you most likely will not be there alone. Reservations must be made well in advance. 10th Mountain Division Hut Association
thanks! I was planing on doing a 50 mile hike with the dogs over a few days and thought the warming hut would be a option for us.

So, am I going to have to take my "6" sticker off to make room for a "7"?

So... like Paulo (Get outside) I too have been waiting to hear back about a potential new job and was wandering if I would be able to attend HIH this year. Good news is that I got the job and they said I can have the time off to be a part of HIH! I'm so excited!
I will be rolling with the Hooligans crew from last year and look forward to meeting new people, taking you guys out on the trails and talking about truck and trail stuff (that's what my wife calls it). Feel free to stop by the Hooligans camping corner (the only small collections of non-100's in camp other than some vendors; not hard to miss) and say hello and have a beverage of your choice. We like the company and that gives us a very welcome break from entertaining each other!
This year is going to be awesome! Have I mentioned I'm excited!? See you all in July.

You'd quit before missing HIH7. Haha!! Glad to have you back Josh!! Looking forward to your trail leading and late night campfire spirit.

The official trail and activity sign up link will be emailed within the next two weeks. We are still finalizing a few things with the Town of Silverton. As for trails, you can expect all the standard trails for the area with some half day and extra full day (12+ hours) options. Mountain biking will be high above the town of Telluride with possibly a smaller, local guided trail near camp. Hiking will be close to camp and fishing is being finalized now.

I think many of you already do this and know this, but if not, HIH is a pretty big deal on Instagram. Haha. Please tag us in your 100 pics and any time you may be working on a prepping project for HIH7. We'd like to see them!! Thx. #100sinthehills

HIH friends,

The road trip to and from PA is likely a bit too much given my limited ability to sneak away from work. I am looking into shipping the 100 out to Denver and flying in and out for the event. We have a few more months left before my son turns 2 so he can fly for free which makes it a bit more appealing! Plus we can spend more time out in CO instead of being bored out of our minds along rt70.

If anyone moderately close to Denver would be interested in having our truck parked in your driveway for a few days before and after HIH, please send me a PM and we can discuss possible remuneration currency!

Thanks all!

Now here's how a real Land Cruiser enthusiast looks like...

Ugh. I got so caught up with moving I missed registration. PM'd Stan to see about a wait list. I'm really hoping we don't miss out on HIH7 this year. Needless to say we will all be bummed.

Here's to hoping Caden can enjoy his second HIH!

You can definitely ship it to my house. We've got plenty of room and live in Evergreen off 285 on your way to Ouray. I could also pick you up at the train station in Golden (if our schedules aligned) which is an easy trip from the airport.

Also, anyone have room for 3 in the back seat of your 100? Looks like the wait list is too big for us to attend this year.

Sorry guys, we've added one more to the group, they were broke down outside of town so I towed them into the campground. Figured they are already here. Was a simple fix, just added air to the tires as their compressor was conveniently left at home...LOL.

Very nice!
