hi guys.
My truck has been bucking and I can't figure it out. Used to run good at idle but as soon as I put a load on it, it bucks.
So I redid the timing, check wires, spark plugs, change the fuel pump, blew the gas lines. Last week, she was running good and suddenly she started bucking and wanting to stall. I let go the gas and it kinda resets and runs good again. Did this several times and it seems like it starts after running for 20 min. Yesterday she stopped running. I put a fuel pressure gauge between the pump and carburetor (Weber) and only gets 5psi.
Also, each time I opened the gas cap, I can tell my tank is pressurizing. So I drove it with gas cap on and off with same results.
What psi should I be getting?
Any thoughts?
