I bought my FJ40 in Fairbanks AK. It came with these headlight rock shields, don't know where they came from, any ideas? The mounting tabs match the lamp housing...

Those are pretty cool. Bead blast and powder coat? To re-chrome would be pretty pricey….
I'd bet you could home nickel plate them after flashing them with copper.
