I'd like to locate a 77' fuel line union at the carb, see the photo below - the left union adaptor. Mine has a banjo fitting with a small rubber fuel line run between it and the hard line. I can't seem to locate one and I'd like to replace the entire fuel line, as I have the nut for that missing union.

I have looked all over the internet and can't find one.

I'm not sure what you want. Union? A union joins two pipes together.

The fuel inlet fitting on the stock carb is straight thread on both ends. The end that goes in the carb seals on a washer while the other end is a compression fitting. Like Sarge said, it is not that hard to make up a new fuel line. You just need a nut and ferrule on the carb end.

Thanks.....The typical parts store I get my stuff from toyotaonlineparts.com couldn't find the part and another Toyota site said the part was discontinued. I see that quickparter.com shows some stores that have the part. I'll check with them tomorrow.

Yes, I plan on making my own fuel lines and have the nuts & ferrules....now I just need the union fitting.

Per the parts listing, the piece I need (21894-61020) is called a union, nipple

SOR part number (042-143E) says discontinued - not available at this time. But their part number (028-070A-U) looks to be the same piece and they have that one. I'll call them tomorrow and find out.

The stock fitting is not a union, which may be why you are having trouble finding it. If it was a union, it would have a compression fitting on both ends. It is an inlet nipple. It has 13 x 1.25 of the carb end with a flat sealing surface on the hex base and a 9mm - 3/8 inch compression on the other. I may have a couple in my junk box if SOR doesn't have it.
