I would take a troopy before a 105.

Im excited,Im about to ring a taxi to go to the airport. I dont know what Ill do if I dont buy it.
Accomadation and flights home are all booked out in the town Im going to.
I have my 2 man tent and sleeping bag as a last resort(and a big wad of cash and a cc):D

But if all goes well I will be coming down the Nor West Coastal Hwy tonite in my new troopie:cool:

buddy, i have flew in to look at a cruiser with full intent to buy and drove back to the airport with nothing.
better to walk than to dump money into a vehicle and have buyers remorse later.

that being said ...

best of luck

Very true. Im fully prepared to walk away and get back on the next flight/bus(whenever that maybe:confused: ).
Great deals pop up every week if you are prepared to wait and have cash on hand.

I got a great deal on my Triumph during the GFC .Seller getting divorced ,wife wants her money yesterday(dont they all) and people who needed to borrow couldnt get easy finance like before.

If I remember correctly "Crocodile Dundee" walked everywhere he went ( even if it took weeks ) and you are taking a taxi to the airport. I am very disappointed.:D

The "real" croc dundee,Rod Ansell (deceased) drove a 40 and went barefoot everywhere:wink:
He used to use that 40 for knocking over wild bulls in the outback by hitting them side on.
Then ,before they could recover,he would jump out of the 40 and tie up their front and rear hoofs, then drag them onto a truck with a winch, all on his own.
You can see his left foot is a bit bent. It copped a horn through it when he was learning the trade and shoes never fitted him properly after that.
