Bonjour vous pouvez
This was a PDF that I saved into a photo so hopefully it comes out okay. I can also email it if that is better. It is also not 100% tested yet but it could be a good starting point for you. A few modifications I made are the "pin 7" mod and using an H4 switch from a 70 series.

You know it kind of hurts that you are further along with your conversion than I am with mine... considering I started before you!

:)

Also,
Jeje would like you to share your wiring diagram for the diff locks.
Ha! I still have a long way to go and really haven't even started on the body work on the cab.

I got my monthly allotment of parts in. Foldable windshield arms, visors, and resistor for the heater. Some other small things like pedal pads and springs but nothing cool to show.

Resistor is in much better shape than the one I had.

It will still be awhile installing these as I am still deep into wiring. I did get my first complete circuit, headlights, done on my custom harness. Next up is blinkers, taillights, and brake lights this weekend. I really want to get the column wires done and out of the way as its the most concentrated place. It looks like a mess but underneath the dash I am keeping everything nice and tidy. I think I can almost pull it all out and bring back in the house for final wires as I have at least one wire running to all locations to know my lengths.

I have seen an ISB5.9 on an engine stand in a diesel shop and it is amazing to me that engine will fit in an 80 Series Land Cruiser.

Do you have concerns with the Toyota components taking the weight of a 1200 pound engine?

Cool build, man.

If you combine a 75 and an 80, wouldn't the result be a 77.5 Series :D

There is plenty of room in the engine bay for the Cummins. It's mainly a tall motor so lift is must. I have parked my 80 next to a Dodge to compare and its not much difference in room especially at the back.
I don't have much concern about the weight. However I do try to trim the fat in other areas to help out. Front end maintenance gets attended to more frequently with the weight as well.

@bottombracket and I went on a parts run outside of town on Friday. I scored some manual cloth 80 seats to use in the 75. The front feet are up high in order to level them out with the back feet. If the back feet are shortened it should work fine. . If they don’t I will replace the leather ones in the 80.

A few other things I got done today.
Redarc controller added.

Then I made a mess in the living room but did fill up my drivers side bulkhead. Now on the the passenger side one. Sitting on the floor all day didn’t help my back any.

You need a folding table! Looking good, Cim.

I need to do something with my front seats in my 60. The driver side one is in terrible shape.

My folding table is my project bench in the garage at the moment. I think I'm going to borrow one from work. I kneeled down on a few zip ties to never want to do that again. I back and knees are hurting today.

You can't have too many folding tables. :)

Picked up a few items from @joekatana today. Two beds to make one good one was the main reason for the trip. Also hauled back a huge cattle guard bumper to test fit to see how it looks on the truck. Hopefully it makes it look a bit meaner.

Nice clean bumper. So no luck with Mauricio's tray?

Need some feedback on how this looks. It would still need to be modified for 80 frame so I can move it up/down if needed. It also needs to be modified for a winch which shouldn’t the difficult. Only issue with modifying it is it’s stainless which I’m not set to do but we have a Tig welder and a professional at work.
Wife says it’s too big but she also thinks her ARB on the 4ruunner is too big. It would fit the bill for ranch duties well.

Added some lights I had laying around

You can see how high it’s sitting with the frame. Not any different than my Slee on the 80.

I love that style of ARB-ish bumper. Makes identifying the corners easy and sends critters sailing away from your headlights when you whack em. Maybe not cows, but most smaller stuff.

I like to push gates open also so it would be great for that.

It’s big. I like it. Go push stuff around with it.
