Question...the hazard switch on my 1970 truck has 9 wires vs what I think the year appropriate switch would have only 7?

So...does that mean that I only need one flasher relay with the 9 wire switch vs 2 flasher relays with the 7 wire switch?

@Coolerman for help!

OK I finally found the diagram I was looking for that shows ALL the components! The GW wire from the brake switch MUST be connected to the S terminal on the turn switch. Hope that clears up any confusion? ;)

Hello Does my april 1971 fj40 have two flashers or just one? All the diagrams that show all the wiring show a hazard flasher and a turn flasher. I only remember one flashe when I took it apart. Thanks Dan

I’m betting just one. I know with my ‘72 there was a single flasher and that none of the available wire diagrams were very accurate
