Hey guys and gals, I am seriously looking for a 60 (or 62). If there is a nice one out there without any rust (or minimal), let me know.

True true....more undocumented the better. When I was trying to sell mine people where scared by the looks and over documentation. So f it I will keep it.

Bomar - if you ever want to get rid of yours...you know who to call.

My buddy Sean that owns Calistoga wine borrowed a chain and gave me a tug.

Just got into shop. Shut off. No start.

Click.

OEM and AutoZone the same price but gotta get Beno to ship and I have to pay core. I think I'll ride to canton and go with the AutoBone so I can get it out of shop this weekend

Also, I'm about to swap sides on rear spring packs. I'm 99% sure I installed them backwards in 1999 and that is why I have a 1 to 1.5" lean to the right. (Passenger)

It's a bitch but I got the time this weekend

If the starter is nice and you weren't in a hurry, you can just buy the contacts and plunger (from Beno). Those are the wear items. Doesn't take more than an extra five minutes over just replacing the whole deal.

I had the same spring problem. After alot of removing/measuring/swapping sides, etc., the end result was that ARB/OME sent me a second "A" spring. I have the same spring on both sides.

One "feature" that I will miss from the old drivetrain is being able to bump start it in the event of a dead starter or battery. That has saved my ass on more than one occasion.
