Yes, see below; I think it turned out good. Went through car wash the other day, and drove in the Monsoon this morning and not a weep of water.
I bought this for the body and clean interior, and not the 2F (although it does have low miles). So, going to do a compression test on my engine this afternoon and see if she is worthy of cooling parts and such. Will post up results.

If that 2F isn't smoking it is probably just fine.
A desmog and JimC refresh will wake it up but there is just so much that can be done with a 125hp motor in a 6000# vehicle

did a compression test tonight, because I was tthinking about putting some miles and upgrades (h55f) on the 2f before ultimately swapping to a v8. Of course cylinders 1-5 were dialed in, if not a bit high but it was more than warmed up when I did it (150 dry; 155-160 wet).

Cylinder 6 maxed out at 100 dry and 110 wet. My high tech oil injector
I squirted some fogging oil in the cylinder, and got it to move up to 115 and change. Still way off the other readings.
Plugs were all pretty smoked out white:
Changed all those out.
Checked out the air filter while I was noodling around (dirty and will order a new one), and cleaned up after the former residents:
Other than it running warm (and slow), I am not feeling or hearing anything to suggest something bad is going on in there.
(I'll YouTube and post a short vid later of it running).
The good news is that I have standing handshake with lash to buy this one from me, so its nice to have that out in my back pocket

Me an' BillRiiiley survived with just lap belts in the back seat, but my wife insists that our kids need shoulder belts and a booster seat.
So, I purchased rear belts and trim pieces (several years ago) from an FJ62, and am finally putting them in.
