Another question. I need to replace some hub studs. What is the best way to extract the old ones? One just has messed up threads and the other is broken right where the treads start.

Don't pack the locking hubs full. Just grease them lightly and use the paper gaskets dry. The hub studs usually come out well using the double nut method. If they are screwed up or broken off you may have to use vice grips or drill and easy-out. Sometimes left hand drill bits do the trick alone. I always clean them well with brake cleaner and red Locktight them back in.

I've always used lubriplate assembly grease on the selector part of the hubs.

That might be a TLC-improved truck. There was one running around a while back.

Dude is not a cruiserhead. Does not wave or otherwise recognize other cruisers.

It is...it has a 350 also. I have chased him down before. There was a sweet tan one a few years ago a guy in Tupelo had but he sold it and moved out west.

Anyone know of any good mechanically sound 60's for sale?

Anyone remember the guy I sold my blue one to?

My friend is all hot and bothered about a tan one in Columbus but I am really trying to keep him from buying it. It has lots of issues.

Subject: fj 60

Message Body:
I have a blue fj60 that has been sitting at my office for months and nobody is driving it so I want to sell it. Has good rubber, interior and new alternator and battery. The cruiser runs very good, asking $5500. It is parked at 117 Park Circle Dr. in Flowood (across from Primos) can be viewed during office hours, best to call first (6zero1) 9three2-11five5.
