If that's a standard trailer axle spindle, you could make/have made a swingarm pretty easily.

Front was a used bumper I got from Klingon after he turned his 60 into a buggy beater.
JK had it powder coated. It's still perfect. I painted the POS roller fair lead. It needs replacing with a better one that is not crap. This one is rusted.
Winch is a POS smittybuilt that works still after sitting in the weather. I respooled and cleaned it.
The ProComp lights still work too.
