Here is an update on the progress of the systems:

My plan is to initially offer the drawers first, then when that is going well, I will work on the extra parts (Side extensions and front extensions). The reason for this is that I am working with a shop that will CNC the parts for me. I want to make sure we get the main drawer system dialed in before dealing with the smaller parts.

Currently the pricing works out to $420 per drawer unit with 2 units needed for the full system for a final price of $840.

I'll let you know when I will be ready to take orders, but I'm shooting for sometime in the next two weeks. It's all dependent on working out the details with the CNC shop right now, but I'm working on this as much as possible.

Thank you!

Bump for a great system. I've had mine for a couple of years now. Very well built!!!

I could get in real trouble adding a PS drawer putting the fridge slide on top!

I would love a set for my 80. Tools are ready and waiting to be used for assembly!

I too, would be interested in a set for my FJ60. Also, what does the ETA look like for the accessories? I would love a fridge slide out!

I'd be interested in a system for my 60 as well. Would love the DIY kit to cut down on costs.

Cheers,

Kevin

These are very cool . How are they attached in the 60? I read where Skillet said they used the 3rd seat points in the 80 which made good sense.

i will take a set as well. fj60. u local to socal? i work for tlc in van nuys and clients always ask for a setup like that! nice work.

Hello everyone, I am still working on this. It's taking a little longer to work through all the details than I originally anticipated, so please bear with me a little longer.

I really appreciate all the interest, and I look forward to working with all of you soon!:)

Joe,

The existing bolt holes in the 80 provide a very clean, easy installation. For the 60 series, I will offer an install kit that consists of some aluminum angle brackets that install to the floor and bolt to the sides of the system.

Thanks.

Jeff,
Are these shippable to the east coast? Any rough idea on shipping price if so?

Thanks, Joe

I am in as well for my 40th....!

Please add me to the potential list for the 80 series :)

General question, what would you say the approximate weight of the 2-drawer system is? Is it something that can be installed and removed relatively easily as needed? I'm one of those rare 80 series owners that actually does use the 3rd row seats quite often...

The system is very easy to install and remove. Simply slide the drawer out, unbolt 4 bolts and take it out. The two drawer system weighs less than 100 lbs., and with the drawers removed, the boxes weigh around 25 lbs each.

I am still working on this, and will be making the system available again soon. Thanks for your patience!

Joe, yes these will be shippable to the east coast. I do not have a price on shipping yet, but the completely built system that I sold several years ago were shipping for around $120 a set. I'm hoping that with the new knock-down DIY kit the cost will be around $100. I'll let you all know as soon as I do!

I would be interested in a knock down shippable assemble it yourself for one side 1/2 of an 80.

Looking forward to the details.

Chad
