Should this be done at 120,000 miles as well? How difficult or expensive to have it done?

Thanks ...

If you are reffering to a timing belt, the 80 series don't have them, they have a timing chain which should last the life of the engine, and don't need changing usually. If you are referring to the fan/alternator belts, it's a good idea to change them if you have a service manual or minimal mechanical abilities you should manage to figure it out in an hour or so, use the OEM belts as they are quieter and were only $25 for the set on my 93 FZJ80. I would guess a shop might charge an hour labor to do it.

If you have a 100 series then you do have a timing belt which should be changed every ~60k - ~90k IIRC.
