Why put a hole is a sweet bumper, dump the exhaust like mine

That's all well and good, but that area is plated on Lukes bumper, so your going to need a hole!:flipoff2:

We are getting close, this is part of the latest from Luke:

I just got the tracking # for the shipment of
the new 80 series parts. We should (should, that
is) be in full production within a week. I will
be running $100 credit card deposits today or
tomorrow for the people on your list to lock
them in. I'll get you updates in the next couple
days and let you know how its coming along. I'll
also put up a gallery for installation and give
you a link.

If your sitting on the fence, time to make a decision!:D

Unfortunately there was a major fubar on the last design change. The metal cutters applied the changes to an older version of the program, totally messing up the parts.:o Hopefully that is fixed, the latest from Luke:

I got some updated pics of the shell and sides.
looking good from here. I will have one set of
each early next week for a final check and with
any luck we'll be good to go.
Sorry this has been a painfully slow process but
it has given me a chance to refine the other
little details of the carriers and accessories.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist and want these
things to be right so its just got to progress
until its right. we will sell no bumpers... you
know the rest.
I'll talk to you again in a couple days.

The latest update, if you want to add anything now is the time!:D :bounce:

I have the entire CSC order on a table. missing
a few little things but should have it all
crated up and put on a truck early next week. my
truck driver is going to phoenix this weekend
but I'm not quite ready so it will be next week.

have a good weekend,
-luke

No need to fire up anything, we're using JB Weld on your bumper with some bailing wire for extra support. Then we're gonna wrap the whole thing in duct tape.

Trust me, it'll hold just fine.

Just glue it together with bondo, it sands better and is available in gallons. Your not worried that the duct tape will affect how it slides off of rocks, :whoops: yep, the only rock his :princess: will see is the aggregate in the asphalt that it drives on.

Just to let you know, I put some dead fish behind some of the walls we closed off. Which ones? Just follow your nose :flipoff2:.

Harsh man, very, very harsh. I know someone who is getting coal and sticks in their stocking and it's not me.

Good deal, will that be oil bearing coal?;p

PM me on the date of the buy. I wrecked my finances a while back. I killed off my mortgage and moved to a quiet area. I am just starting to make real money again after 12 months. Stars overhead and no mortgage is great, but it comes with some sacrifices. I may miss the buy, but there are rewards in this.

The eagle has landed

After a four month test of patience and perseverance, I now have some very fine looking parts. The main shell and side parts will be coming straight from my supplier in MN. The rest of the parts are strapped to a pallet and should be at Desert Tool Service next week sometime. I have a truck going out to Phoenix leaving here Saturday. I'll update you all here when I get more current info on delivery status. Dan the truck driver is a very cool cat and is delivering these parts for me on his way to another AZ destination.

I have some other bookkeeping issues I need to address. I'll go through it all one person at a time. Let me know if I have the incorrect info for your orders. If everything is good you need not reply.

Alvin Kuenster- FJ80 w/flares, double swings, (minus spindles and latch) Tire holder, dual cans.

Kevin Patterson- Lexus 80 w/flares, plain no swings, 2 extra recovery points

Kevin's bro- FJ80 w/flares, single swing- pivot on pass side, tire holder

Ross Waldrip- FJ80 w/flares, double swings, Tire holder, dual cans

Brittan- FJ80 w/flares, double swings, Tire holder, Hi-lift bracket, nothing on 2nd swing out.
I need payment info for you Brittan, call me or get me your # and I'll call you.

Chris Hunt- 100 plain bumper with spindle holes, no accessories
I need payment info from you Chris.

Mark Mir- Lexus 80, w/ flares, double swings, Tire holder, Ladder#2, triple can kit for use on ladder #2, extra clamp bracket, 2 spare ball studs.
I need payment info from you as well Mark.

Notes:
Dual swing bumpers with a carrier on the second swing out come with the hi-lift bracket. It goes on the swing out opposite the tire (can racks, ladder, etc.) If you order a double swing out bumper with only a tire holder (Brittan) you must buy the hi-lift bracket as an extra item.
All second swing out carriers have a license plate bracket included.
LED light bolts are recommended for attaching your plate but are not included.

If I left out anything at all or you would like to change your order please let me know this week. The truck leaves Saturday.

Lastly, I want to thank all of you for your patience and an extra big thanks to Kevin for putting this all together for you guys. I will be buying the beer the next time I see you, Moab? Rubicon?

Here is a link to the 80 changes gallery in case you wanted to know what we've been working on this whole time.
