4x4 labs front bumper

Hey guys need little advise here,
I’m ready to pull the trigger on my front bumper so i have been looking around and i came across this 4x4 labs front bumper, looks very nice and solid but before I go ahead buy it, I would like to know if somebody already own one and if so what’s the quality, is it worth the $1250.00 or not,

Do I have to remove the fender flares?

I love mine. Only real drawback is if you wanna mount lights there are no great spots
