I'm thinking about tackling this myself; '04 model

what are the don't miss items?

thanks

Almost nothing to do at 45K....just change oil/oil filter, lube driveshafts, change cabin filters if you have a LX, maybe retorque the driveshaft bolts, maybe replace engine air filter if it's dusty, rotate tires, flush brakes if you didn't do that at 30K mi (yeah, the manual says 60K, but 5 yrs is an awlful long time..I go 2 yrs max)

Jim,

Do you use speed bleeders on your LX?

If you haven't done the diff's and transfer case 45K would be a good time. I know the dealer will tell you that unless you tow it never needs to be done, but its only money.

Nope. I do everything the traditional way...wife works the pedal, I work the bleeder bolt w/ pvc tubing feeding into a bottle.
