It was a lot heavier material then foil. the foil ia the only replacement currently available on the open market. If anyone is making a better one I am unware of it. I have the foil one in hopes that someone in Oregon witj do one right. Shane Mike?
 
So I moved this over here as opposed to continuing to hyjack the 25 thread... :rolleyes:




I have been contemplating getting one of the repos and taking that to a decal/sign shop and having it made using 3M Scotchlite material. Things that I have had made in the past using that material still look decent and not weathered 10+ years into use.


I thought someone made decal letters for the tailgate out of that material at one time...

I would be in for two ovals...one to be kept aside as a spare. Not sure if AATLAS1X (Shane) was doing these, or just the TOYOTA lettering. I have sent him a PM recently about other items, but have not heard back yet.

I'm guessing your price point will be set predicated upon potential number of sales--so, depending on price, could be interested in as many as nine, just to have something thicker and tougher.
Will confirm once you post a photo of prototype and suggested price.
