That's 'cause they were hoping no one else noticed it and they can "steal" it for $61.00.

Yes I have been following it, but I do not think i will bid, want a trailer but not like that one. That one needs alot of work.

That's not a trailer, it's a FJ45 starter-kit. All you need is a 40 and viola!

That's just up the road from you, Dan. You KNOW you need it. :grinpimp:

the tailgate is worth that much.

Dave, Dan owned that trailer before. I think it got traded to the current owner.

I was on my way back from Twin Falls Idaho and met up with Marc (Ground UP) to look at this trailer.

Very cool trailer. After seeing this in person, I feel this would be a better trailer or a trail rig box than a show quality restoration. I have no idea how high this will go on ebay, but i believe my bid will be blown by.

Marc was extremely knowledgeable and shared plenty of information about this trailer. Great guy and made tons of effort to meet with me on very short notice.

I thought it looked familiar! I think the pics of the bedbar were taken on top of that trailer, eh Dan?

BTW, have you seen the bedbar on the cover of TT?:grinpimp:

WOW! $1225.00:eek:

Anybody recognize who the winner was/is?

That was a serious jump in the bidding. Not too sure who it was that won it though.

I remember watching this. It stayed so low and I was surprised that nobody bid on it. Then WHAM, a $1200 jump in the price.

That was entertaining. Whoever it was is in Boulder, Co.

No Mark, I haven't seen the cover-shot yet. And yes, the bed bar came off that box.

...it was me

:D

OK. My '66 needs a bed. this one looks better than mine...and the tailgate looks better, too.

Tryin to make arrangements to go get it down here. Anybody coming down this way?

Anyway, I will probably have a '66 long bed and later model tailgate for sale, shortly;)

Dan, I don't think you got $1200 bucks in your trades with Marc, you better go over there and do some shopping in his garage.
