45 bed info wanted

Could some one tell me the width of a 45 long bed from out side bed rail to out side bed rail, also the hight of the bed from bed rail to the bottom of the sheet metal on the out side of the bed.
I am trying to figure out how to transport a bed with out renting a trailer.

My manual says 2135mm inner bed length. From back of bed to Center of rear wheel 1330mm
ID between the wheel humps is 1035mm and bed width is 1590mm. Depth of bed is 415m. not exactly what you wanted but all i can provide. Sorry doesn't list wheelwell hump length or I'd offer that.. Don't have one f them 45long beds here at the house.. Just the little ol shortbed.

inside to inside measurements, aprox not perfect
84.5" long
62.5 wide
inside bottom of wheel well to wheel well 40.5
bottom wheel well to cab 21"
bottom wheel well to tailgate 36"
bed floor to bed top 16.25"
