I used the 70 transmission, modified the 4x4 actuator from pneumatic to lever.@Hungale what transmission are you running? Crossmember looks to far back for a H41/H42/H55F. Is that a 60 series or 70 series steering column? Cover looks like a 60 series but never seen 70 one from a 70 series? What steering box are you running? I'm really interested what handles your using to operate the cable lockers. Some would say the customisation is already well under way. Everything looks very professionally done.
finally after a lot of work I finished the restoration.
Now the customization changes begin

the exhaust pipe passes exactly where the original one passed. Only the final part comes out straight behind without going on the left side.Any chance you could post more photos of the routing of exhaust further forward?
Clearly you ran it outside the frame but I am wondering where it initially crosses outside frame rail and what the clearances look like
Tx
Yes please on the photosthe exhaust pipe passes exactly where the original one passed. Only the final part comes out straight behind without going on the left side.
If you need photos I'll send them to you
The engine exhaust is on the right; from there, the pipe runs under the footboard support, staying outside the frame. At the rear, it passes between the leaf spring and the frame, goes over the axle, then turns to the left. The barrel is in the center, it continues all the way to the left, and exits between the leaf spring and the frame, heading towards the rear.Yes please on the photos
Please understand that we didnt get that engine/40 chassis here in the US which is why I am asking (for a project)
