That is very nice

@Hungale what transmission are you running? Crossmember looks to far back for a H41/H42/H55F. Is that a 60 series or 70 series steering column? Cover looks like a 60 series but never seen 70 one from a 70 series? What steering box are you running? I'm really interested what handles your using to operate the cable lockers. Some would say the customisation is already well under way. Everything looks very professionally done.

I used the 70 transmission, modified the 4x4 actuator from pneumatic to lever.
To install the engine and gearbox, the engine mounts need to be redone and the cross member that supports the gearbox moved backwards.
The cardan shaft needs to be shorter.
The power steering is from 70 as is the steering column.
I redid the entire electrical system to be 12v and compatible with the engine and light switches, indicators, etc. the wiper motor and blower have been rewound to be 12v
The mechanical winch is also installed.
As for the differential locks, I haven't installed the actuators yet, I don't know whether to do them with cables with internal levers or with air pistons.

Any chance you could post more photos of the routing of exhaust further forward?

Clearly you ran it outside the frame but I am wondering where it initially crosses outside frame rail and what the clearances look like

Tx
the exhaust pipe passes exactly where the original one passed. Only the final part comes out straight behind without going on the left side.
If you need photos I'll send them to you

Yes please on the photos

Please understand that we didnt get that engine/40 chassis here in the US which is why I am asking (for a project)

The engine exhaust is on the right; from there, the pipe runs under the footboard support, staying outside the frame. At the rear, it passes between the leaf spring and the frame, goes over the axle, then turns to the left. The barrel is in the center, it continues all the way to the left, and exits between the leaf spring and the frame, heading towards the rear.
These photos are from the previous restoration
If you need anything else, let me know
