40 Rear Bench Seat Question?

I went with rear jump seats from a Suzuki Sidekick/Chevy Tracker and upholstered them to match the aftermarket front seats. I found that elevating them helped with providing some additional leg room while allowing access to the storage compartment in the floor.

Aluma, that's a nice clean looking set-up! Do you have any pics of that floor storage? Did you do that, or did it come with your aluminum tub? Nice..

I was reading this thread a few days ago and decided to go by the local salvage yard today to see what they had available.
I found this



The guy said I can have the rear seat for $150 along with seat belts and hardware.
What do you guys think? Oh, by the way I need it for my 69 fj40.
