It's been a long time waiting till a good friend finally was selling his 80.

As it was never his intention to sell it, many things were done to keep it tip top.

1994 FJ80, 5 speed, GX model, ambulance doors

Two years back a LPgas installation was installed, but runs nice with it, interior seats were redone, and the engine has been recently totally rebuild.

To take care off : Sombrero Emblem

Long story short, a FJ80 !!

I love them ambulance doors! Nice 80!

That thing is clean! And that strange stick rising up from the transmission hump has me has me envious.

Congrats on bagging a unicorn

So whats up with the wheels? 3 stockers and 2 aftermarket? As much as i like stock 80 wheels those others are intriguing. Look better in aluminum finishni think.

Yea..... that 5 speed would be killer too! Where did you find this exemplary specimen??!!

I loved all the goodies on this truck from the start when he bought it, and was willing to wait for it no matter how long it would take. Even made it better with the total engine rebuild.

There was no sign of selling it and then suddenly the opportunity came up.

These picture were taken by the PO, his mechanic put the aftermarkets on during restoration of the factory ones

Thanks for the nice comments !

If memory serves me correctly, you can attach the towel bar on the passenger side. Poking holes in a perfectly good dash gives me pause though. The reinforced part should be directly behind. I haven't done it so don't trash your ride on my memory......

The 5 speed would be awesome on the highway.

Yeah, I would need to think about it before I drilled my mint dash, but I did like having the bar. Something to mull over...
