That is the one, covers the bottom of the bell housing, please send me your email so I can pay pal you.
Those things are getting hard to find. If you need the gasket that goes between the bellhousing and the cover @FJ40GURU has some. They are OEM as well and NLA through Toyota.

it was a 2 piece design, the front vertical piece held with the 2 bolts and then the underneath piece
and if you look at the one edge, one bolt hole changed around the corner. this is the edge below the starter
The 4speed bellhousing for the 74-76 also has a smaller diameter bolt size for the upright side of the two piece inspection cover as well from what I remember when switching over to a 4speed in my 74.
