:whoops: :doh: Not so fast. The permit can be requested online, but still needs to be processed? Not available weekends and holidays.

So, plan B?
 
I'd love to go, but...I just got back from Boston, have to work all week and then back to the land of ice and seafood...

we'll post up pics tomorrow evening

it's not a highly technical trail - just great views from the front range of the Four Peaks - last year, when Michael and I took it in the 40, the trail was barely traveled and snaked it's way up a valley - we didn't go all the way to the end, which seemed to be quite a ways up since we only had one truck and didn't want to push our luck at a medium sized washout - we turned around there

So today, we ran a spur into the wilderness area, off of Four Peaks Road. It's a corridor, trail is flanked by wilderness boundary.
