Does the spare have a sensor too? (5 total sensors?) I'm 90% sure it does. Just wanted to be 100% before i put a tpms sensored wheel up in the spare location. Thanks.

If you don't have a spare, or don't have a TPMS sensor on the spare, will the TPMS light illuminate?

I think it might, others may need to confirm. I dropped my spare for more access for repairs and my tpms light is on. I've driven it a few times without the spare maybe that is why?
You will get a light if it had 5 sensor and your remove one and don't resync the sensors
I haven't been able to get it to sync with just four -- a Techstream reset seems to work for a day or so and then the flashing light comes back.
