Bringing the tech side of the tread a bit; could a couple of you guys post some pics of your slider mount brackets?

I'm thinking of building mine since there's a month 'till Ouray!

And by the way, pm with info going in a few min!

I think you have asked for these a couple times. Pretty sure the mounts are all the same, just the front arms are a little longer to the frame. Mine are from Mike @ Bump it Offroad, hope this helps:

^^ Mine are pretty similar, but from Metal Tech. I'll post up some pics for you tomorrow.

A huge thanks to Jonathan for all the hard work that has gone into making this event what it's about to be. There has been a lot of hours spent making sure this is a smooth, laid back gathering that will become the highlight of everyone's summer.

Thx Harris....u complete me....

^^Well said. Coming from down south and having never done something like this, I really appreciate the opportunity to experience it with a group of folks who know what they are doing. Thanks to Jonathan and others for taking the time to organize it!!!

Just found this. Was planning on taking the stock 100 out to ouray a couple weeks earlier, but this is sounding interesting. I'm in Denver, so leaving with that group is a possibility. Hmmm

^THIS. Thanks guys!

^ Thanks everyone. Huge thank you to bluecruiser and paflytyer for their help as well. Lot's of behind the scenes work gets done for these things and you guys have really stepped up. Thanks everyone else for the offers to help! We will definitely call on you when needed!

I mentioned a swap meet earlier and it's now official. Plaese check out this thread and post items you have for sale or items you need. Maybe someone from denver can pick up a Slee Product for you or perhaps someone from Salt Lake can stop in at Cruiser Outfitters on the way. It's a run specific Mudship! Let's keep the discussion there to help keep chatter down on this thread.

We will also host the world's biggest 100 series yard sale! Post up your items for sale or needs in the thread linked.

Looks like I'm changing my route...will drive to LR the day before, hopefully meet up with a few people passing through headed down I40.

OK, guys, this is a great thread and I'm glad it got a lot of exposure in the 100 forum but it's time to move it soon to Events I think. So if you don't see it here, check in the Events forum. Or subscribe now (assuming that carries).

Thanks e! Plenty of exposure. 10k views in such a short time is a pretty good run! It's actually time for it to die down a bit. Cheers!

You can put my name as officially almost in! Gotta shore up a few things, but most likely it will be me and my almost nine year old coming from Fort Smith, AR. Don't know about pot luck though...17 hours in a vehicle doesn't do any food good!

For us southerners, it's been over 20 years since I have been up north. What can we expect for weather temps and stuff like that? And also, any rules about firearms?

Not against anybody having firearms but there will be drinking for the adults and most definitely there will be kids all around!!!

Let's keep that in mind! Alcohol and guns can't mix!

Thank you for understanding and keeping everybody safe!

Oh very much so! I didn't know if any trails would be on state or national forest land. I have my CCW, which is reciprocated in CO.

Absolutely! Chuck Well's books are great resources. I have used the Colorado and Utah editions for years and find them accurate and precise. I'd recommend buying the spiral bound versions. In addition to good directions and accurate trail ratings they often include descriptions of historical, geological and other interesting features. Highly recommended to everyone even if you are just coming for the event. Good reading for inspiration. One of their employees, Shane is a fellow Toyota enthusiast.
