Put me on the maybe list. Not sure we can negotiate the time off but would like to pull it off if possible, we'll also be out there over the 4th so let me know if you need something scouted or something. Looking like a great event though, I don't want to miss this one.

you suck, Stan. :flipoff2:

I'll be there for sure, this is too good to miss!

I fixed it for you!

I'll be doing a super secret scouting/prerun before this event. There are a few fishing spots/high lakes that I want to see about access/parking/trail difficulty to. Grab your fly rod, you're coming......

PA - will 3/4/5 wt with floating line be appropriate or should I bring the 8 wt with sinking line too? I usually reserve that one for pike fishing on the Rio Grande but you never know, right? There could be some lunkers deep in a lake somewhere.

Put me down as a maybe. Totally stock for now, but talk lots of Utah adventures.

4/5 weight with floating line should work nicely for you!

Yeah, that set up will be fine. I probably won't bring anything bigger than a 5wt. I'll have a better idea once I do the prerun, but the spots I have in mind won't require sink tip. An extra long leader works just like sink tip if we need it. I want to make it easy for everyone to catch fish.

For my contribution to the swap meet, I will have Door Lock Actuators available for $5 each (normally $7). Save on shipping and pick them up from the source! :D

I got some running boards!!! Don't lie, you know you miss em! :grinpimp:

The potluck is looking pretty lean, please only post up about food if you are positive you will be there. Leaving people hungry is not cool.

I don't want to kill this thread with used parts and food. We still have 6 weeks of tech/trail talk....

I'll bring something to share.....just not sure what. It might be difficult for the folks traveling from far off lands to keep/store food for that long. I think we should nail the food down once we're 2 weeks out from leaving. That way everyone is a little more sure of who/how many will really attend, and can plan accordingly.

Jonathan and I spoke today, rest assured this trip is going to be like no other.........you don't want to miss it!

I do have a suggestion that we somewhat limit the number of vehicles to a responsible number..... Both for logistics and more importantly the environmental impact on the area/trails/campsites. It's important that we leave no trace and limit the footprint. We don't want 50 people with 5 different fires, trucks parked on every inch of space, shower and waste water running everywhere.......I don't want to sound like a tree hugging Coloradan, but its important to keep our wild areas wild. One spark from a campfire can take out an entire ecosystem. Too much food spilled on the ground will attract wildlife (bears) that will associate campers with free food, that leads to encounters where the bear ends up dead, or someone gets hurt. It takes much much longer for flora and ground cover to regenerate at altitude and the growing season is very short.

Pack it in, pack it out. From soup to poop.

I'm bringing something. Haven't decided what yet.

Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD, and hopefully approved by the good folks at the NSA!

So you want tech eh? Well here you go. Other than the tome of advice found here as posted by experts and web-wheelers alike, This is the single best venue to really see how the 100 performs off road, what upgrades are great and what ones are really a joke. We can see meaningful comparison between two manufacturers bumpers/sliders yada yada yada.

Thanks for helping keep CO clean Stan! I am in come hell or high water...and count me in for some great smoked pulled pork, homemade BBQ sauce and killer slaw for the pot-luck Fridaynight! If you want a sandwich, bring your own buns :).

After talking with Jon y'all have one more in from the Southeast. Making the 3800 mile roundtrip with my wife and 2 kids. Got fuel? :)

Tab raja! It's going to be great to meet you in person. That goes for all y'all.

We are stoked. Had a convo with ACC and hoping I can make a little magic happen with a pre-trip build up!

Alright, I missed the 2nd... count me in for this one Jon.
