3FE turbo whine noise (1 Viewer)

Just finished up the head gasket on my 3FE getting a whining noise on the manifold side not sure what's causing it. You can here it in the video unfortunately it's not a turbo but sounds like it.

sounds like a smog pump or a bearing going out in an accessory.

Update on this I found a leak around the air injection rail need to take it all apart to find out if it is a repair or replace.
