Hello,

My heater lines are a cluster f**k to say the least. At the firewall they have all been capped with makeshift plugs. See pic for reference.

The ask:

They started to leak on me in the field dove hunting. I made it home dripping a bit & want to replace everything "back to factory"

Does anyone have a pic of the lines & how they're routed?

I have a FSM, but just the engine section & it's from a 62 not an 80.

Yea... Yours looks a bit different lol

Thank you.

Keep em coming

I'm guessing y'all have working heaters too? I wonder if mine were disabled bc the heater core busted.

Guess I'll find out!

Mine were too. This image is from the lines I just pulled out of my FJ62. Thanks to MUD members and a bit if work on my part they are all replaced and look like brand new.

Dayummm that's terrible. Thankfully I'm in Houston - all the rust is internal I'm afraid.

Mine works. Front and rear. I just recently replaced all of those hoses and fittings in the picture.

I've never tried mine. Just assumed the heater core was shot since the lines are bypassed.

Any other reasons to bypass heater?

Revived BC it's cold out & I want heat!

Can I buy generic hose & cut pieces to match?

This is exactly what my lines look like. Pretty much starting from above the transmission down to the core connection.
