Distributor cap vacuum lines 3fe (1 Viewer)

Can anyone tell me where the lines coming out of the distributor cap go? I think one goes to the firewall ( although I have 2 lines unattached. Where does the other one go?

I currently have the red cap, but also bought the black cap with 2 nipples in case I needed it.

Those 2 ports keep air flowing through the cap. One goes through the firewall and draws fresh air through the cap. The other port is vacuum from the intake.
Follow the vacuum diagram under the hood or in the FSM.

Keep all ignition components OEM or the truck will just spit them out.
