does your turbo comes with a gate?

Yes, it does and I also run both the oil and water to the turbo.

I just made my final adjustments to the gate and the fuel today (bit more boost, tiny bit less fuel) and I'm so happy with the performance of the turbo now. I can pull every local hill along the highway in 5th and accelerate, yet it still remains below 1150*f pre-turbo boosting 13 psi.

Running on the flat on the highway, the EGT's drop down to 750*f at 110km/hr at 2400 rpm boosting 9 psi. When I put the peddle down, the truck has more pull in it and I'm sort of smiling now that my truck with former NA slug can maintain 130 km/hr no problem at 2800 rpm boosting 11 psi and EGT's at 1000*f +/-. Not that I run that hard or fast offten, just sort of nice that it can. I'm looking forward to my fishing trip out to Kamloops just so I can run the Coquihalla again.

Best thing I ever did to my truck, besides the OME, and sound dampening, and soon the frame swap, and...

I have a Volvo turbo (model and year unknown) in the FJ55 and it pulls much better than the BJ60 with the AXT kit installed (FJ55 has a fresh 3B and the BJ60 has in excess of 500,000kms). This turbo also has both oil and water hooked up and is equipped with a wastegate. I think the turbo is a Garrett which is a well known turbo manufacturer.

The turbo is easily the best mod you can do for a 3B engine.

You're looking for turbos from MHI, IHI or Garrett.
I prefer the garretts because they seem to have the biggest range of interchangable parts.

T25 is the best size older garrett, GT2052 is the best size new garrett.

Does T25 refers to the exh inlet size ? if so what is the T25 port dimensions? also what is the difference between T25 and T 28?

The T25 is a family of garrett turbos. The T28 is another family that range from slightly bigger to much bigger.

The exhaust inlet for both of these is the T2 flange (though strange variations do exist), the internal port size can differ.

I am putting a T25 garratt turbo with compressor of AR48 and turbine of AR 63 .Do you know if that is a good ratio or do I need to get some thing bigger. This turbo is out of 2.2 liter nissan engine and I am trying to to keep the boost low under 7psi but at @ 2000 rpm or so.

That will work fine. I am running a smaller T25 (0.49 turbine A/R) on my Isuzu which is a little bigger displacement (3.9 litres), my turbo is from a 1.8 litre nissan petrol (CA18DET).
You can change the boost upper limit with the wastegate rod. It will probably be set somewhere around 8-9psi from that nissan.

would a ct26 out of a Supra be way too big for a 3B? i know it wouldnt produce boost low, but were i live all i doo is highway driving hardly no hills, my 60 pulls fine off the line i find, i just need more power at highway speeds ,like passing cars. Now with that would it produce boost around2500-3000 rpm?? thanx

It would produce boost at 2500 - 3000 rpm but personally I wouldn't run a 3B that fast. It'll hurt your fuel mileage significantly, probably 30% more fuel than at 2000 - 2200 rpm.

ya it wouldnt be running at 3000rpm all the time just passing or climbing hills.... but it could work......no??

Yes, folks use those. I have one going into my FJ45LV but it's a ways away from being on the road.
