I have for sale a 3b set up for a 40 series. It is currently in my daily driver BJ42LX. Mileage is 310,000 km. and will be removed from vehicle as one unit.
The set up includes every thing from the bell housing forward to the fan.. to include wiring harness and glow plug relay, starter, alternator, motor mounts, breather, and fan shroud, If I have left something out that is required for transplant just ask and I will see if I have it.
This 3b is a great running motor starts and runs with only minor blue smoke in the winter time. If you cycle the glow plugs twice then will not smoke at all. For those who don't know this engine gets between 28-30 mpg with only slightly less power that the thirsty 2F. The reason for removal is an up grade to 1HZ.
Transmission is not included in sale but may be available if needed.
I do not have a compression tester so not able to give those specs at this time.
Price for the unit is 3000.00
