You might consider 285/75-17. This measures 34". Currently I am running 285/70-17 (33") with no rubbing.

Make peace with 33’s or a skinny 34” tire.

35’s have been nothing but a hassle for me, and I do wheel quite a bit. For a pavement pounder they can work... but start working the suspension at speed or flexing it on rocks and you’re gonna rub up front. I’ve pounded/cut the pinch weld, added spacers, adjusted bump stops... I still get into the front fender.

Mine are 35x12.5-18 BFG KO2 on OME 2.5” lift and OME 864’s our back. I’ll head back to 33’s this spring before the season starts.

I keep coming back to 275/70 R 18. 33s, tons of choices, and the price is not that bad. But the 295/70 R 18 aired down would probably be ok. No BFG in 295/70 r 18.

I recently put on 305/70/16 (Cooper STT Pro) and I really like the stance. I did notice I rub the UCA slightly as well as the UCA nut (wheel nut?) seems to barely rub the tire. I have 2866's coming this week and plan on cranking my TB to max once they're installed. Hoping that solves the small bit of rubbing.

I think it's probably a good thing you stuck with 33s. For no wheeling and purely aesthetics, I don't really see how all of the work to fit 35s is worth it. Big fan of my 285/75/17 (33.8", ~34") on my truck. Front end measurement is 22" even, rear is a hair over 23". 1.25" spacers all around. Stance is, IMO, perfect. I don't think I'd change from this diameter.
Cool to see someone else from VB. I grew up there and visit often. Surprised to see the pic from Pungo Off-Road, I didn't know those guys did anything other than sell Skyjacker kits to Silverado owners :p

If you don't already, you might look up Maguire and Sons auto brokers. I worked here through high school and college. The owner and his family are all LC nuts and have everything from 40s through 200s. Scott, his younger son, is a really good buddy and a huge resource and wealth of knowledge.

295/70-18 (34") = 18 total options - and no BFG's in this size - interesting.

295/70-18 = 34.2 inches = does this fit without body lift and pinch weld modification?
I know you already said your going back to a smaller tire, but for what it's worth (and anyone searching in the future) pounding down the pinch weld is probably the easiest mod you can do. I wouldn't let that stop you from running a tire size you like.

Lifting the suspension won't fix that under flex.

1st Pic: BFG K02 285/75R17 current...zero rub. 2nd Pic: Cooper STT-Pros 295/70R17 before with zero rub as well but got noisy after 5K. Both are shown on LX w/ AHC Lift and 1/25" Spidertrax spacers behind the Rock Warriors.

I will definitely check out Maguire and sons. It’s a lonely desert here on the east coast trying to find a shop that’s not all about flashy rims or skyjacker lifts lol. The Pungo guys figured it out and did a decent job and the owner gave me a great deal on the install. The other guys in town ( eastern, 4wp and hi-dust) were all clueless.
