305's? 295's? or 285's?

I like my 305's, the spare in the stock location drags if you do any sort of wheeling, mine is a stock sized spare and it rubbed like crazy so I moved it inside. I have a 3.5" lift and the 305s still look good you can also go up to 315's with no rub.

looking for an opinion as i'm looking to buy bfg all terrains, i have an ome heavy lift looking for 33's most clearance possible, but spare must fit in factory location, reccomendations and advice would be appreciated, i have searched and have found people using all 3 sizes so some advice would help

also E or D rated?

not yet mentioned but relevant - narrower tires will "wander" less in snow than wider tires. If you are driving in snow regularly at highway speeds, especially wet snow or slush, you may want to consider the narrow widths to increase your truck's ability to track straight and not "pull" when one wheel gets out of the rut, into the deeper snow on the road.

D rated will ride a little softer and more comfortably than the E rated. The D rated tire will also be marginally lighter in terms of overall weight, which will help to increase acceleration, keep braking distance a little shorter, and will place less wear and tear on your front axle.
