Okay okay, totally hijacking. But Ineos did a fine job with the grenadier.

Out in Seattle for a cardiac surgery conference, rented a grenny for escapades in between lectures on ideal bentall procedure techniques and the efficacy PDL1 inhibitors in preop lung cancer.

Have been pleasantly surprised. Solid as a tank, hits and maintains highway speeds no problem. Electronics are weird and annoying, and the sound system sucks. Think 1984 Ford Mustang. Tinny, no bass, distant sound. Great for audiobooks.

Slow progress on third row delete. Will weld up the subframe in the next week or so.

Note, this is just for fitment and clearancing.

I will let you 2 row overland guys figure out what crates fit in that space to make it flat folding so you can get a mattress back there. Glamping.

I assume the 600 has the same drop as the 2 row.

Saw a post in FB LX700 group for these collapsable crates and I can confirm they work really well.

About to hop on a plane and head back home. Saw a bunch of new 250 prados, three 200's, one LC300, and gobs of 70's, including this awesome troopy.

And of course spleens, bebe's, and about two dozen rotten legs (and hernias, and typhoid bowel and a ventricular septal defect).

Heading to the Lexus dealership next week to check out the 700h.
