I had 250's over 300's

I am going with 175/300's (for extra bottoming out control)

the nice thing about the 175's is that I will be able to lower the ride height of the front end a bit. Right now the adjustment collar is at the top of the shock..

My front is 110/200 for reference.

I think you should try the 175 over the 250 first and see how it works.
