Found this the other day. I emailed them and they state that it is 12V and has around 100k miles. Comes with a "start-up" warranty, whatever that might be. Not affiliated...Any thoughts?

I think it sounds really expensive for a 2H with a 4 speed. I'd like that split case with the parking brake, though.

I noticed a couple things that made me question the condition and what you would get with the purchase. First of all, I know very little about toyota diesels, so these are just observations.

1. I see part of a wiring harness cut near the starter, do these engines require much in the way of wiring?
2. Headers installed. I usually take this as an indication that the owner liked performance, which might be telling of abuse.
3. Hose from transfer to 4speed. I know this is very common, but its to deal with a bad seal, correct?
4. looks like a dent or chip taken out of the throttle body.
